This is the dress that I mention in my last Cat Deely post . Cat said she wanted to give the illusion of sweet and innocent with this vintage dress she paired with Christian Loboutin heels. I thought it was a bit too on the little girl side than sweet and innocent.

I agree. It looks a little too sweet and not at all chic. But hey at least she tried? Maybe?
